Before we dive in

Last month we noted that the cost debate was over — token prices had collapsed and the conversation had moved to efficiency. The architecture shift behind that move is now coming into focus.
What's emerging is hybrid inference: small, domain-specific models running at the edge handle the bulk of requests, while large foundation models serve as a backstop for complex reasoning that genuinely needs them. Apple Intelligence is already built this way, and today, open weights like Microsoft's Phi-4 and Google's Gemma 4 run locally on standard laptops.
Our take: While frontier labs like Anthropic double down on multi-billion-dollar compute clusters to keep scaling a raw intelligence, The commercial moat for enterprises is shifting from "biggest model" to "best fine-tuned specialist", and the effects are already visible across our portfolio.

Quantum Art & Sensi AI named as Most Promising Startups 2026

The leading Israeli outlet Globes named Quantum Art at #2 and Sensi.AI at #8 on its Most Promising Startups 2026 list.
Quantum Art design and build scalable, commercial quantum computing solutions. Not optimizing existing architecture, but rethinking it entirely. The kind of bet that looks audacious until it doesn't.
Sensi.AI is using AI to detect behavioral patterns in older adults that signal early-stage disease — before symptoms appear, before a diagnosis, before it's too late to act. Passive monitoring that could change how we think about aging care.
